Terms of Service
By commissioning me (i.e sending me payment through Paypal), you are agreeing to the terms highlighted here. Please note that I hold all commissioners to the same standard and set of rules so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in my terms you would like to discuss, feel free to contact me! It is up to the customer to read my T.O.S in detail before commissioning.Thank you!

I have the right to deny your commission if I deem it inappropriate or offensive in any way. This being said, I do NOT have to give a reason to why I am denying the commission.I require a detailed reference sheet of the character being commissioned, unless if you are wanting me to bring a description of a character to life. The more information the better- and that includes personalities and desired poses!
You may print out my work for yourself, hang it on your wall, show to friends, etc.
You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own.
You are NOT ALLOWED to trace or reproduce the artwork. A commission is meant to be an original work created specifically for you.
If you commission fanart, I may choose to put the artwork in my RedBubble shop for other people to purchase products of.
Payment Methods
I request payment through Paypal Invoices. All of my Paypal prices are in USD.When you request to commission me (via DeviantArt, email, or direct message on social media) and I have agreed to it, you must pay before I begin working on your commission. I will hold your slot for 2 days and if you fail to pay by then (unless discussed with me beforehand) I will assume you have backed out and will fill the slot with someone else’s commission if there are others wanting to fill the spots.You may offer art as a partial payment when I mention so, but it is up to my discretion. I will not accept if the payment is less than half the price of the commission.This being said, I often accept art trades if I am not too busy!
Refunds
You may request a full refund until I have sent a work-in-progress sketch. After this, I will only refund half the price. Once you have approved the sketch there will be no refunds.If there are issues with my work I can make requested changes during the sketching/lining stage. If I make design mistakes, I am happy to recolour areas or redraw parts of the artwork! If there is a substantial error in my work I can redo the whole piece, but only one time.
Reposting & Resale
I own the rights to my artwork. You may not use my artwork for profit/money gaining purposes or for distribution.Since I own my artwork, you may not trace, reproduce, or use the artwork in any way, other than art collecting, fursuiting, etc. Putting it on clothes or other products to sell is NOT allowed. However, printing it off and putting it on clothing, products, etc for personal use is okay. If you have any questions about this rule please contact me.
You may upload the image to any of your art galleries (DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, etc) IF you properly credit me. I would also greatly appreciate it if you link it back to my page or my gallery.
You may sell the work for the PRICE YOU PAID and ONLY when selling a character you own. You may not resell fanart commissions.
You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain profit.
You are NOT ALLOWED to put it on a t-shirt or other products to sell. Your commission is strictly and only for personal use.
If you would like another product with your character, let me know and I can put it up on my RedBubble shop privately for you to purchase, but not for other people to buy. If you commission fanart, I may choose to leave the design up for other people to purchase.
Wait Time
Please don’t rush me! I try to get commissions done as soon as possible but I am also a student! I normally do my commissions in the order I got them but if your commission isn’t coming out as my best work I may take breaks or repeatedly start over. I normally take up to a month to complete commissions, but if I have many orders and lots to do it can take up to 3 months. I can normally work on art during weekends. Feel free to ask for updates anytime and I appreciate your patience greatly!!
